I feel so trapped and bored right now. It'd be different if I were trapped, and things were suspenseful like in some James Bond movie. But sadly no. This is not the case.
I feel trapped in Hicktown. Hicktown is starved for culture. Absolutely devoid of anything that isn't farming or old-person related. The Hicktown Mall even sucks. There's a PacSun, and Payless, and Dillards. That's about it. Oh wait, I forgot the ever-so-exciting Sears. But you see my point right? There's nothing here that appeals to my city-kiddo mindset.
I like indie music and Urban Outfitters and making sarcastic comments. But in Hicktown, the local radio plays shittastic oldies and country songs from like... 1978. In this all-American small town, there is nothing interesting, and basically no one interesting. All of my friends either live in other cities, or hate Hicktown as much as I do.
The worst part is that I can't move until I'm 18, but my hand to God, as soon as I graduate I'm getting as far away from Colorado as possible. I'm going to go to the most metropolitan city I can find. I'm thinking Seoul or London.
Are there shitty culture-retarded small towns in Britain?
London. London. London.
