Airshow!!!

I worked 16 hours on Saturday, then 12 on Sunday, and now I'm basically dead. On Saturday night I was about ready to die... my friend took a picture of me falling asleep on a pole...



I saw a MiG-17, a V-22 Osprey which was fucking amazing, and C-130 which is my favorite non-combat plane, an F-16 which is my all time favorite plane of all time, an F-18, a B-24, a C-47, a Blackhawk combat helicopter, a German fighter jet, a Royal Air Force fighter jet, and a whole bunch more Cessnas and aerobatics planes. Plus some sick motorbikes and old combat trucks. I met a whole slew of military pilots who were really chill people. I befriended an F-18 pilot, so when the F-18s flew in the show, my unit got to watch them on the flightline (about 10 feet from the runway) and from under the shade of the other (stationary) F-18.

My feet are dead, my arms are aching, I'm really sunburned, and I honestly can't move much. But it was totally worth it!
