Blar de blar de blar. Do you ever feel like that? Like blarrrr? I imagine that's the sound a fat blue kitten would make while walking around on its hind legs trying to balance. Blar de blar de blarrrr meow.
I got bored and decided to try to learn how to finger tut by watching YouTube tutorials... if you don't know what finger tutting is, it's basically break dancing using only your hands and wrists. It's uber duber sick to watch and actually kind of easy to learn. People use variations of finger tutting at raves when they give glove light shows (the gloves have LEDs in the tips of the fingers, they're really cool to look at). I figure, I rave enough that I should probably know how to some sort of cool shit by now.
Even if you're not one who's into techno or raves or anything like that, I suggest you look up finger tutting or gloving videos, they're really killer. You won't fully appreciate light shows unless you've gotten one in person, though...
Anyhoo, Christopher, you've inspired me. I kind of want to write a short story now. Perhaps on this blog... in like 4 or 5 installments... because I've realized that the way I write on this blog is very stream-of-consciousness style, not literary genius style. All my posts are basically my slightly edited inner dialogue, but if I wrote a story, you few and foreign followers would be able to see a whole new side to my writing.
I don't know. Christopher, would you be offended if I wrote a story?
I painted my finger nails orange today, and they're rather fantastic.

Go for it. I love the way you write how I imagine you would speak, but I would definitely dig a short story. And orange is a great colour for nails. Very summery :)

I'm very excited about this post for two reasons. FIRST because you said my name and I was like OMJ SOMEONE SAID MY NAME IN ONE OF THEIR BLOG POSTS. No I wouldn't be offended if you wrote a story! I'd be delighted out of my pants!
ReplyDeleteSECOND because I was like OMJ FINGER TUTTING IS DEFINITELY THE MOST AWESOME THING EVER INVENTED. It's big at my school. On the other hand, it's also very risky because if you're fantastic at it, everyone's automatically like WOW OMJ THIS GUY IS SO BADASS but if you're any less than perfect at it, everyone is all like WOW THIS GUY IS SUCH A POSER LET'S GO JUMP HIM AND STEAL HIS SHOES.
I'm learning to do back flips from a kid who's like the Finger Tutting Champion of Atlanta.
